Each vial contains a blend of highly pure BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, and GHK-Cu.

KLOW is a proprietary research blend combining four synergistic peptides—BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, and GHK-Cu—designed for advanced laboratory investigation into immune modulation, inflammation control, tissue repair, and cellular signaling. By combining these compounds, the KLOW blend offers researchers a unique opportunity to explore multi-pathway interactions not available from single-peptide studies.

Since this is a blend, most people target a GHK-Cu dose and consider the rest a "bonus". For this batch there is roughly 50mg of GHK-Cu per vial (along with roughly 10mg EACH of BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV). Please refer to the test report for the most accurate information. If you add 3.5mL of bacteriostatic water you'll get a solution that is roughly 20mg/mL, such that every 0.1mL (10 units on an insulin syringe) is equal to roughly 2mg of GHK-Cu. Note that you may want to dilute it even more and adjust the math accordingly as GHK-Cu is known to cause a bit of a bite.
This product must be refrigerated after reconstitution.

About This Compound

About KLOW Blend

KLOW is the GLOW blend with a fourth component added: KPV, the C-terminal tripeptide of alpha-melanocyte stimulating hormone. The name is the initials. What KPV contributes is an inflammatory-pathway arm – it is studied for NF-κB modulation – alongside the matrix, angiogenic and cytoskeletal arms the other three supply. Four molecules in one 80mg vial means no single molecular weight, formula or CAS applies, and no structure is shown; each component’s chemistry is on its own page.

How It Works

How KLOW Blend Works

The pathways KLOW Blend acts on, and what each one does. Described from preclinical and receptor-pharmacology literature.

KPV Arm

The Inflammatory Pathway Component

KPV is the last three residues of α-MSH, studied for interference with NF-κB activation – the transcription factor behind much of the inflammatory gene programme. It is the arm that distinguishes KLOW from GLOW.

  • The C-terminal tripeptide of α-MSH
  • Studied for NF-κB modulation
  • A PepT1 transporter substrate
GHK-Cu Arm

Copper Transport And Matrix Signalling

The copper tripeptide delivers copper(II) to matrix enzymes and carries the largest published record of the four components in collagen and extracellular matrix research.

  • Delivers copper to lysyl oxidase and related enzymes
  • Collagen and elastin synthesis models
  • The matrix arm of the blend
BPC-157 And TB-500 Arms

Angiogenesis And Cytoskeleton

The two components carried over from the healing blend: BPC-157 for angiogenic signalling including the VEGFR2 pathway, and TB-500 for G-actin binding and cell migration.

  • BPC-157: VEGFR2 and angiogenic signalling
  • TB-500: G-actin binding and cell motility
  • Neither arm overlaps with KPV or GHK-Cu

Signalling pathways studied in preclinical models. Illustrative, not a claim of effect in humans.

FAQ

Common Questions About KLOW Blend

What Is In The KLOW Blend?

Four peptides in one 80mg vial: KPV, GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500. The name is their initials.

How Does KLOW Differ From GLOW?

KLOW is GLOW plus KPV. The three shared components cover matrix, angiogenic and cytoskeletal research; KPV adds an inflammatory-pathway arm.

Why Is There No Molecular Structure Shown?

A molecular weight, formula and CAS describe a single molecule, and this vial holds four. Each component’s chemistry is published on its own product page.

What Does KPV Contribute?

An inflammatory signalling arm. KPV is the C-terminal tripeptide of α-MSH and is studied for interference with NF-κB activation.

Is The KLOW Blend Approved For Human Use?

No. It is supplied as a research chemical for in-vitro laboratory work only.

How Should The KLOW Blend Be Stored?

Store the lyophilized powder at −20 °C, protected from light and moisture, and refrigerate once reconstituted. The copper component is oxidation-sensitive, so keep solutions cold and use them promptly.
